Pricing & Gratuity
- All prices are in U.S. dollars and do not include gratuity.
- A minimum 15% tip is suggested but remains at the client’s discretion.
- Prices are fixed and will not be altered.
- Discounts and special promotions cannot be combined with other offers.
Independent Contractor Policy
- Personal contact information (e.g., phone numbers, Venmo, CashApp, Zelle, social media) must not be exchanged between clients and independent contractors.
- Any contractor found violating this policy will be immediately terminated.
Service Guidelines
- Massage time cannot be split between multiple individuals.
- There is a 15-minute tolerance period at the start of each appointment between therapists.
Accepted Payment Methods
- Cash, Venmo, CashApp, Zelle, and Credit Cards are accepted.
- Credit card transactions are subject to a processing fee.
- Checks are not accepted, except for corporate or large group bookings.
Deposit & Cancellation Policy
- All appointments require a $50 deposit to secure the booking per session, Event deposit will defer.
- All deposits are non-refundable unless specified but it can be transferred to a later date with Owner approval.
- If you cancel at least 24 hours in advance, your deposit can be transferred to a rescheduled appointment.
- Last-minute cancellations: Full Payment
- 4+ hours before appointment: Deposit is forfeited.
- 2 hours before appointment: $50 cancellation fee.
- 1 hour before appointment: Full-service price is charged.
- Group Bookings (4+ people): Require 72 hours cancellation notice.
- Deposit is forfeited if cancellation notice I not met.
Special Cancellation Cases
- Next-day bookings: Cancellations must be made by 9:00 PM on the day of booking.
- Same-day bookings: Require a minimum 2-hour cancellation notice.
- Appointment Location Details
- Clients must provide exact location details for their appointment:
- Rental properties: Street name, house/villa details (lot, block, house number).
- Hotels: Room number and entry permission for our therapist.
- A 30-minute setup time is required before the appointment.
- Clients should notify security personnel of our arrival if necessary.
Additional Charges
- Early morning (before 9:00 AM) or late-night (after 10:00 PM) bookings incur a surcharge.
- Travel fees range from $25 to $150 for locations outside Los Angeles, depending on distance.
- Prices are subject to change with prior notice, and may vary based on payment method.
Facial Services – Contraindications
ALL FACIAL SERVICES (Not recommended for clients with:)
- Active cold sores (HSV-1), facial warts
- Active skin infections/diseases (viral, bacterial, fungal)
- Conjunctivitis, styes, rashes, sunburns
- Open wounds or lesions
- Current use of prescription retinol (ask your esthetician for guidance)
LED LIGHT THERAPY – Not suitable for clients with:
- Pregnancy
- Seizure disorders, epilepsy
- Cancer or tumors
- Photosensitivity (light sensitivity)
- Use of topical/oral steroids
ULTRASONIC DERMABRASION – Not suitable for clients with:
- Pregnancy
- Seizure disorders, epilepsy
- Cancer or tumors
- Heart conditions, pacemakers, metal implants
- Blood disorders, circulation issues, diabetes
MICROCURRENT – Not suitable for clients with:
- Pregnancy
- Seizure disorders, epilepsy
- Cancer or tumors
- Heart conditions, suspected or diagnosed
- Metal implants, pacemakers, defibrillators
- Varicose veins, broken capillaries, thrombophlebitis
- Recent facial surgery or invasive treatments
- Botox within two weeks of service
