Reservation Deposit – Non-Refundable
To confirm your appointment with Soñar Mobile Spa, a reservation deposit is required at the time of booking. This payment secures your selected time and therapist, and will be applied toward your final service total.
✧ Please note:
– Same-day bookings: Your deposit is refundable if the appointment is canceled within 30 minutes of booking.
– Advance bookings (booked 1 day or more in advance): Your deposit is refundable within 24 hours of the time of booking.
– After these windows, all deposits are non-refundable, including for cancellations or no-shows.
– The remaining balance is due at the time of service.
– By placing your deposit, you agree to our booking and cancellation policy.
