What equipment do we bring?
What do I need to do to prepare for my mobile massage?
You don’t have to do anything however, a nice warm shower before we arrive may help to loosen your muscles and start the relaxation process.
Do you arrive at our scheduled time?
We arrive 10 minutes early to set up, customize your massage and get started right on the scheduled time. Our schedules can get tight so please be ready to get on the table at your confirmed time.
What type of space is needed for the mobile massage therapist?
It is advisable to have a clean and quiet space available. Our team members need at least an 8ft x 6ft space to set up our equipment. If you would like us to provide a heated table or you are adding Hot Stones or Hot Towels to your session, we may need access to an electrical outlet.
How do I secure /confirm my appointment?
To secure your booking, you must provide the following:
Name, Address, Parking Information, Entry Information, Apartment or Room Number, Your preferred form of payment. *The booking will not be confirmed until all of the above have been submitted. For some bookings, a deposit may be required.
How do I pay for my services?
To avoid any Credit Card processing fees, we also accept:
Cash, Zelle, Venmo, Paypal and Applepay.
Can I tip the therapist?
Yes! Tips are always welcome but not required. 20% is standard.

Do you accept insurance?
We do not, however we will be happy to provide an invoice to submit to your insurance if needed.

What ages do you work on?
We accommodate all ages! From Infants to Geriatric. If a client is under 18, a parent must be present during the massage.
What should I wear?
Once we discuss a customized plan for you, we will leave the room to give you privacy to disrobe and get on the table under the draping sheets. You can choose to wear underwear or not depending on your comfort level. All clients will be professionally draped/covered.
Do you offer massages on the beach?
Unfortunately, the sand ruins our equipment so we do not offer massages on the beach.
